Steve is so honest and considerate. He truly cares about his customers. He replaced our AC unit and made sure everything was to our satisfaction including educating us on how everything worked. Highly recommend him and 3 Doves.
I can't express how grateful I am for 3 Dove's Heating and Air. We've used them multiple times, and each time was a positive experience. From a heating system check up, to repairing and replacing part for an AC unit, to general questions about the furnace - each crew member has been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They show up on time and - my favorite part - they do exactly what they say they're going to do! They've become our go-to company for any heating and air related issues and I highly recommend everyone else do the same!
We noticed a water leak in the ceiling due to our HVAC and texted Steve to see if they had time to squeeze us in. They not only showed up the same day to evaluate our HVAC issue but got the problem fixed the next day. They are professional, thorough, detailed oriented and explained what they were doing. Always great customer service. A big shout out to Steve and Nathan. Well done gentlemen.
I was in a bind on a Sunday, and Steven took time out of his day to speak with me....further conversations, and options explained and explored, we came up with a solution. Very professional, accommodating, reasonable, thorough, clean and complete....thank u guys for your services, hopefully i don't have to call you, but if i need ya, I will....thank u Steven and Nate.

A big thank you to you and Nathan! He cleaned and serviced both AC's, attempted to fix a jacked up pipe from furnace to outside (thank you roofing people 😠) and brought back to life an old builder grade AC unit with a $30 part. With service like this and honesty to boot, you have a new customer who will always recommend your services. Thank you so very much!!

Three Doves was a referral. Steve and his team came out on 8/15/23 to help address our AC issues… it was 80+ degrees in the house and the day before we had another company come out and try to fix it for us. Steve and his team worked diligently to diagnose the issue, thoroughly explain what was happening and why it was happening, and provide our options along with their recommendations on next steps. We received a recommendation from another company that we’d need a whole new system and Steve highly disagreed. Even though it would be a profitable service for his company, he advised us that it wasn’t necessary and that level of honesty is rare in this world these days.
This morning, my family woke up to our normal 72 degree temps in our home and we are so happy to write this review! Thank you thank you thank you! Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I bought a new house 3 years ago and have had issues with both units installed by builder. They helped me get every issue resolved and even fixed issues I didn’t know about. They’ve got a loyal customer here!
3 Dove’s was very quick to respond and schedule, punctual, and reasonably priced. Techs were very instructive on what they were doing and informative through the process and honest about what I needed to do for proper maintenance of my system. 10/10 will use again!

I've used 3 Doves multiple times when I've had Air Conditioning issues and Steve Dove is ALWAYS quick, professional, absolutely clear and very reasonable on prices.
Steve is everything someone could want in a small, locally owned business. I would never consider using anyone else and my whole neighborhood feels the same way.
Steve at 3 Doves Heating and Air has, fixed my heating system, balanced my ventilation system so the home cools and heats evenly, removed an old system that was for the garage. 3 Doves is reliable and I like how they give you all your possible options and what are the up and downside side is to each so I can make a more informed decision.
